beam welding machines
Electron beam welding is a technology using high-pressure static field to concentrate the electrons emitted from the hot cathode into electron beam which is focalized by electromagnetization into a high-power-density point (usually up to 105 ~ 108 W/cm 2 ). This point bombards the parts to weld and quickly melts the metals at the two sides of the welding seam to conduct welding. The welding by this technology needs no welding bar. The welding seam can be very deep and narrow. Its thermal influencing area is small, welding speed is high and welding path is controllable. Therefore, the welding seam is pure, the depth-width ratio is big, the thermal deformation is small, the technological parameters can be adjusted and controlled, the operation is easy by computer and the qualified welding rate is high. Furthermore, it can weld refractory metals (such as tungsten, tantalum and niobium), and can weld parts with different melting points (like welding copper and tungsten together) or different depths. Application: It is widely used to the fields of aerospace, aeronautics, nuclear energy, weapon, instrument, automobile and electrical machinery, etc. For example, artificial satellite parts, framework parts or combination parts made of titanium alloy or zirconium plates, elastic parts, sylphons, gear components, automobile semi-axis, electrical contacts, bimetal saw strips and bimetal materials, etc. กกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกClassification of electron beam welders

Electron beam melting furnace melts local regions of refractory heavy metals by using high-energy-density electron beam to remove impurities such as light metals. Highly purified heavy metals such as tantalum and niobium can be refined by multiple local melts.
