Electrical performance tests: (AC/DC) breakdown voltage, electrical strength, voltage resistance, relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor (50Hz-10GHz), volume resistivity, surface resistivity, insulation resistance, partial discharge, lightning shock resistance/Puncture voltage, arc resistance, tracking resistance, tracking mark and erosion resistance, and corona resistance (repetitive pulse discharge resistance), etc.
Aging and durability tests: system power frequency electrical aging, system repetitive pulse electrical aging, system thermal aging, system electrical thermal aging, system damp thermal aging, and other combination factor aging of insulation materials, and thermal evaluation of the solid and liquid components of electrical insulation systems, etc.
Physical, chemical and thermal analysis:: size, density/compaction, water absorption, quantitative, shrinkage, melting point, composition content, viscosity, gel time, acid value, storage characteristics, impregnation characteristics, air permeability, water vapor transmission rate, electrical conductivity and pH value, oil absorption, cellulose polymerization degree, thermal conductivity, linear thermal expansion coefficient, thermal weight loss, glass transition temperature, and load deformation temperature, etc.
Combustion and fire hazard risk test: horizontal / vertical combustion, oxygen index, glow wire ignitability / ignitability, smoke density, flash point, and glowing stick, etc.
Mechanical property test: tensile / compressive / bending properties, impact property, hardness, tearing and folding resistance, and torsion failure, etc.
Alloy property test: metallographic structure, resistivity/conductivity, hardness, chemical composition, size, and density of low-voltage, high-voltage and vacuum contact materials.
