Electrical Alloys

National Technical Standardization Committee for Electrical Alloys (SAC/TC 228) was established in June 1997. It is a technical department engaged in organization of preparing and reviewing national standardization in the field of electrical alloy technology, with 42 members, and 32 national standards and 110 industrial standards under management. The Secretariat of the Committee is on the GLESI premises.

III. Business Scope

1) Responsible for working on the development plan of electrical alloy standardization;

2) Responsible for preparing and revising national and industrial standards for electrical alloy materials and assemblies;

3) Provide consulting services related to electrical alloy standards;

4) Organize domestic technical experts to participate in the international standardization activities;

5) Responsible for the interpretation and promotion of relevant standards for electrical alloys
