Vacuum Contacts
GLESI is an R&D base of contact materials for vacuum applications in China and is a key company for manufacturing vacuum contact materials. GLESI started the research of the contact materials for vacuum switches in 1970s, imported the manufacturing technology and production line for CuCr contacts from Siemens, Germany in the middle of 1980s, and imported the Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace from Germany at the end of 1990s and then began to develop CuCr contact materials with vacuum arc melting (VAM) method.
Introduction
GLESI has 3 technological processes for manufacturing vacuum contacts, including arc melting process, solid-state sintering process, and infiltration process, to meet various requirements from different customers.
GLESI produce a complete variety of vacuum contacts, with excellent performance and stable quality. The products are widely used in vacuum circuit breakers, vacuum contactors, and vacuum load switches of different voltage and current levels, with a good reputation at home and abroad.
The development, production and sales of vacuum contact materials are in full charge of Guilin Coninst Electrical & Electronic Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLESI.
